Personnel

	Scot St. John, P.E. - Principal/Engineering Manager Scot St. John has worked in the civil engineering field for over twenty years. His engineering experience includes water/sewer, grading/drainage, traffic/transportation, structural, and geographic information systems. Mr. St. John also has extensive experience in the areas of municipal planning and zoning and serves as a consultant to multiple planning and zoning boards. Mr. St. John is a Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Wastewater Collection System Operator and a Certified Water Distribution System Operator. Since 2001, Mr. St. John has been the sole owner of St. John Engineering, LLC. In this capacity, Mr. St. John serves as Engineering Manager and oversees all of the day to day operations of St. John Engineering, LLC.
	Jim Patterson - Environmental Manager Jim Patterson has over fifteen years of experience in the environmental field. This experience has included work with a regulatory agency, work with a private industry, and work in the consulting field. The majority of Mr. Patterson's experience has come in the consulting field, where he has served a variety of municipal, industrial, and private clientele on a variety of environmental and civil projects. Since 2001, Mr. Patterson has served as Environmental Manager for St. John Engineering, LLC. In this capacity, Mr. Patterson has been responsible for the planning, design, and construction of a variety of environmental and civil projects. These projects have included more than a hundred stormwater permitting projects, multiple wastewater treatment projects, multiple environmental site assessments, and a large variety of other environmental type projects. Mr. Patterson also has extensive experience in working with municipalities on the acquisition of and administration of grant and loan funds for use on civil and environmental projects.
	Josh Thompson - Project Manager Josh Thompson has five years experience in computer aided drafting in the civil, environmental, and structural fields. His experience in these fields allows him to perform the role of designer on many types of projects. Mr. Thompson heads up the computer system maintenance and updating efforts. Mr. Thomson has a B.S. degree in Construction Management and performs inspection services on construction projects including TDOT projects. He holds TDOT certifications in material testing and administration for CEI projects. Mr. Thompson has worked with St. John Engineering, LLC since 2012.
	Todd Sherrill - CAD/Designer Todd Sherrill has over fifteen years of experience in the computer aided drafting in the surveying and civil engineering fields. His experience in these fields allows him to provide surveying services on projects and perform drafting services. Mr. Sherrill has worked with SJE since 2016.
	Susan Finger - GIS Susan Finger has over 10 years of experience in the geographic information systems (GIS) development field. Her experience includes the use of ArcGIS and other GIS development software. Ms. Finger has worked with St. John Engineering, LLC since 2005 and has developed and maintains GIS systems for several municipal clients.
	Kimberly Pruitt - Office Manager Kimberly Pruitt serves as the Office Manager with oversight of accounting and payroll. Ms. Pruitt assists with client relations and serves as administrative assistant to department managers. Ms. Pruitt has worked with St. John Engineering, LLC since July 2009.
